The grapes are destemmed and crushed, after which they undergo a cool pre maceration for 2 hours. They are pressed with nitrogen and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 13 14 degrees for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged sur lie for 6 months before being bottled. Production is limited to only 2,400 bottles. The wine has a full bodied aroma with notes of exotic fruits such
