2020, Casa di Colombo, Chianti Classico Magnum Chianti Classico Vinified in ChampagneHarvesting and manual sorting. Gentle crushing and de stemming. Vinification in stainless steel vats equipped with automatic pigeeurs and rings to regulate the temperature which is maintained at 28 30C. Fermentation and maceration last approximately 20 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Soil predominantly sandy on sandstone bedrock. Average altitude of 500 m. Biodynamic practice
