2023, Idealiszt Rouzé dyrket i Imereti og lavetIdealiszt is a harmonious and elegant wine created from a unique blend of Weiburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc and Gemischter Satz all vinified separately with different techniques, including whole bunch fermentation and short skin contact. Fermentation takes place in amphorae as well as small and large barrels, and the wine is aged for 7 months before bottling without filtration.
